I’m not saying that. Even though the waits can be about the same at certain times of day between crowd levels, you are statistically much more likely to have lower waits on a low crowd day. But remember that TP constantly says a difference of 1-2 points is fairly meaningless. So pay more attention to differences of 3-5+
Also, TP’s data is super useful for predicting wait times at a particular time of day. There are established patterns around rope drop, meals, entertainment, and park close that they can help you navigate.
