I have a room I would like to request but more importantly I need a room near first bus pick up and drop off due to a disability. I can’t see where on TP how I send the request?
There is a box that you can write in. I hope that this helps…

Reports are mixed. Some front desk CMs say they bin all faxes.
DVC keep repeating (in Disney Files) that they prefer room requests to be made via Member Services. If renting, that means the owner must do the request for you.
So if you decide to use the fax as well, make sure it says the same thing!

We rented points for the Boardwalk 3/30-4/4 this year and got our exact room request using the TP fax. I was very happy.

Yes that’s the optimal time, just before rooms are assigned.
