I used the room request fax link from the room views screen yesterday - 5 days out from arrival. There was no Send button, just save …how will I know if it was sent and went through?
Did you go back to your dashboard and configure the fax?
I did configure the fax and then saved. So I’m all set? Yay!
You should get an alert when it is confirmed.
Is there a time frame for that? Coming up to 3 days before arrival…thanks…
It should have been sent at day five. What does it say on your dashboard? When you log into the TP site?
