This may be listed here in this humongous forum, but since I am inherently lazy, I am counting on someone spoon-feeding me the answer to my question.
Let’s say I am checking into a WDW resort on Nov. 16 and checking out on Nov. 19. I have purchased the famous “dinning plan” for my stay. Does that mean I am covered all of the 16th through all of the 19th? Am I covered with full credits for check-in and check-out days? Or only through the 18th?
I’ll hang up and go drool in a corner.

It goes by NIGHTS not days. So 3 nights.
ETA: but if you arrive late on the 16th and don’t require an early meal, that can be used on the 19th…

If you stay for 3 nights, you will get 3 Table Service Credits, 3 Counter Service Credits, and 3 Snack credits.
You can use those anytime from when you check in until midnight on the 19th. You can use them all in a day or spread them out across your whole stay.
