How long does it take to get eTickets emailed from UT?

My daughter ordered a WDW 4-day park hopper eticket from Undercover Tourist yesterday at noon, but has not yet gotten her ticket via email. UT is not answering phone/email. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get an eticket from them via email? This morning was our 60-day FPP window, so we are anxiously awaiting her ticket info so I can link her to my account and get FPPs!

Can be a few days in my experience.

I’ve never had a long wait, either. I hope the OP gets them soon!

Yeah, we checked spam folders, but it didn’t go there. We got a confirmation email yesterday from them saying it was in process, but then nothing after that. I finally got them on the phone this morning (they don’t open until 8am) and had to cancel the ticket because they couldn’t get it to us any quicker (not sure why). I then quickly re-bought the ticket through Disney and finally got my FPPs.
For those of us doing things at the last minute, I think UT should put a warning on the web page that it can take several days to get eTickets.
