How long before hotel reservation shows on MDE app?

Hi all

I booked a stay at art of animation today, direct with disney. Received confirmation with a reservation number. When I go to link the hotel resrrvation on the MDE app, putting in the reservation number it says the booking isn’t recognised?
Anyone else had this problem? How long usually before the res number works and is recognised on the app/website? Tia

Shouldn’t be long. A few hours at most in my experience. Probably MDE being glitchy.

Have you refreshed the app by pulling down on the “my plans” section?

Or uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Mine showed up well within an hour

Thanks everyone. Called disney again and it finally appeared on both app and website! Started to panic a little…but all sorted now :grinning:
