How can I maximize my time at Atlantis? Should I go to Atlantis with Disney or local tour company?

Hi All,

We are going on the Dream May 18 - 22 and want to maximize our time at Atlantis. We have the Disney tour booked but it says our time is from 9:30 - 2:30. Would we need a cab to get back to the ship if we wanted to stay longer or can we grab a Disney shuttle that goes back later?

Any experiences with going with Disney or a private tour company?

Part depends on your ship time in port but cabs run back and forth all day.

Fun! I wasn’t on a cruise but I spent a long weekend in Atlantis in January. It was the first trip without DD, and DW and I had a blast. Casino, water park, great restaurants.
