Evenings should be ok- more of a popular place during the day sometimes- esp. in rainy weather.
Went on a Friday afternoon late Oct 2014. It was arrival day and we were doing Halloween part that night. Not crowded at all and my 8 yo son loved it. It was a sunny beautiful day. We used the free ticket vouchers from Disney for buying a room/ ticket pkg from Disney travel company.
We’re planning to do the same thing coming up in about three weeks!
