Hi; heading to Epcot on Wed Jan 1 and MK on Thurs Jan 2. Will Holiday decorations still be up? I understand Epcot Holiday festival will be over on 12/30 but hoping decorations and holiday trees will still be up.

We did January 1st and 2nd at Epcot and MK last year. I am pretty sure that decorations were still up at both though all of the festival stuff was closed up at Epcot.

Think they are up through the first week roughly.

You should see some park decorations. Not sure about the resorts, I think they start taking those down from about the 3rd.
I think they usually leave the park decorations up for the marathon.
Usually that’s the first weekend after New Year, starting on the Thursday. However that would be the 2nd next year, so they’ve pushed it back a week.
Will they leave them up until then 12th? Maybe not.

Discussed this with DH and we agreed that decorations were definitely still up at both Epcot and MK on Jan 1 and 2. LWTL had its holiday overlay and Jingle Cruise was still running at MK.
