HHN 34 (2025) News, Updates, Planning

Cool! I am going to assume it’s a house, but I thought that about M3GAN too!

Fallout has officially been announced. I just watched this series because 1) Walter Goggins and 2).it was widely reported this would be a part of HHN.

This house sounds amazing. I’m also exvited that Jim Henson studios are doing the anamatronics for 5NAF.

I will watch anything with him in it. His character on “The Shield” is heart breaking. He’s amazing.

I did watch the first couple episodes of Fallout. He was the part I liked, but I didn’t really get into it enough to keep going…

I just bought single night tickets for September.

Are they on sale?

Yes, it is funny but I received an email from Orlando Informer that they were on sale.

I just tried to buy through OI but the site wasn’t working! Will try again.

Funny I saw the news about Fallout but not the tickets!

It’s so worth it! I love the event, but it’s too over sold.

It has been a long year at work, so I decided that I would treat myself and my DD and bought us RIP tours. We are going on a Saturday in October. When I prices out Express plus Early Entry plus parking and food, the cost was closer than I expected. I’ve never done anything like that, so I am excited!

They did the event last year and it was WHOLLY UNDER ATTENDED!

I missed HHN last year due to an injury. This year we weren’t sure if we were going as DD23 is young & can’t get away from her job. She was in college the last few years and leaving for 3 - 5 days wasn’t an issue.

However, this event is PERFECT for us!

I’ve bought us plane tickets and booked one night at Aventura!

We arrive on that day at 1pm. We’ll check in / get lunch / nap until about 6pm. Then go to the event all night!

Our return flight is at Noon the next day!

We still have our flight credits from last year. (I used some of mine to go to DLR / USH last month, but still had plenty & flight miles)

With my flight miles and Unviersal Rewards I’m trying to keep this trip to around $500 - $600.

I wanted to do a “no hotel” 24 hours trip where we leave HHN at 2am and go to the airport.

DW insisted that we get a hotel room. I’ve got a room at Aventura for $130.

Without that hotel room I could’ve done the whole trip for under $500

(If I was going solo, it would be on the cost to park at the airport and Uber rides!)

I may not always like the Universal card, but it really does get points way faster than the Disney Rewards Visa.

I had the Disney Visa for almost 5 years. I got another $2,000 - $2,200 in credits.

I’ve had this card for a year and already have over $1000 in points.

I’m actually spending less these days as I used pay for DD23 college & such on that card…

I haven’t bought the event tickets yet… I am using my Unversal Visa Rewards and want another month or so of biling to come in.

81 days!!

It’s so odd doing Halloween in August!!

PLUS, WE GET TO WEAR COSTUMES!!!

I can’t decide what to wear!!!

I"ve resorted to Reddit!

Everything I read about Fallout has me so excited. Also, have not yet watched FNAF, but here for Jim Henson Comapny doing the animatronics (will 100% watch before we go)

I just forwarded your post to the two first timers I am taking this year.

I’ve had a lot of major life changes!:rofl:

How are you doing with the life changes?

Really, really well! :grin::grin:

It’s still “not real” at times. It hasn’t even been two weeks, but feels like a month!

Been catching up on sleep, doing lots of hobbies and whatever I want! Still “programmed” to wake up too early though!

My final paycheck hit the bank this morning!

I don’t plan on actively looking for a job until after the July 4th holiday.

Another same as you… but with DD14. I did express pass but not RIP tour. Since it’s a Friday in late October I expect there will be stuff we don’t get to do but it was my best balance.

I’m also a bit intimidated but also very excited to wander and absorb! Looks like you’re a couple weeks ahead of us, can’t wait to hear what you think!
