Thank you for all the help. I have decided to forgo hoppers this time. i wished i had asked before I bought tickets because the Cotsco Travel tip would have saved me $200.
This makes park-hoppers doubly useful, because you can visit MK on less-crowded days (a lot of people skip that park when it closes early) and then have an evening in another park. Sounds like your decision was well thought out!
One more question. Since I am not buying park hoppers I am thinking of going to MK on Friday, May 11 and HS Sunday May 13 both days are EMH which we plan to take advantage of. The crowd level is one point higher on those days due to EMH. Is one point a deal breaker and should I switch days? On Sunday MK has EMM which is sold out.
If it were me, I would stick with your plan. One point wouldn’t be a deal breaker for me especially if you have a good touring plan!
