Help Us Enhance TouringPlans... please!

Hi everyone!

I have a question for you, and I would appreciate your help. As many of you know, we have a travel agency now (Book Travel with TouringPlans) and are still building out many of the tools we plan to apply to the agency.

One of the things we are looking at improving is how potential clients get a quote after they ask for it. Soon we will begin testing a web page that will display the requested quote and we were wondering how you would like to get such a thing.

So here’s the scenario: You have requested a quote to the destination of your choice. One of our expert Destination Specialists has put together prices for you and you are recieving a link to a page with those prices. You can get that link via email, via text, or both. How would you prefer to get that link?

  • Email Only!
  • Text Only!
  • Both Please!

I would want to choose when I requested the quote, not predetermined for me.

Barring that, default to email, with the option the ALSO get by text.

I will say that I want to check by email all my details BUT the updated invoice process (where I ask for a payment to be applied to my trip) and I receive a link to confirm- that process I would love to be through text .
