I joined a little over a month ago—paid for a year subscription—and spent HOURS and HOURS mapping out each day of my trip. Now, two days before we head to the park I log in to print my plans and they are GONE. Can anyone help me? Am I doing something wrong? I could seriously cry…

Is it possible you have multiple subscriptions, one an email address that starts fcajoy… And one joywhite…?
I see many plans for the latter.
