I booked a water view Hearing accessible room at the Yacht Club through through a Priceline express deal. When looking on TP room finder there are only 3 rooms. We don’t need the hearing accessible feature, it was just the only option when booking. I know it is not ok to request a room you didn’t pay for, but since we don’t need the hearing accessible room can we request a regular room? If not, it is ok and I will pick one of the 3 options we see on TP room finder.
Yes you can request any room in your category…if you do online check in and your requested room doesn’t pop up on your text message on check in day, head to the front desk before going to your room and ask. It never hurts. You can them tell them you do not need hearing accessible.
