Which island, how long, feel free to share more details 
Kauai for six nights! We rented a house in the south side, did a boat tour of the Napali coast where we saw lots of whales, went snorkeling, went to three beaches (Poipu beach, Kiahuna, and Hanalei) and went kayaking on Wailua River then hiked to see a waterfall. The kayak was definitely my favorite. Hanalei was beautiful but not worth the drive from the south side.
I really just loved swimming in the pool at the house and watching the ocean from our patio. The weather was so amazing, and the people are so kind.
