We will be traveling with my mom who will be using either a wheelchair or electric vehicle. Can these be loaded on the train , as you are not returning to even the same park when you get off?
The Hogwarts Express at Universal Orlando Resort Yes but need to transfer to a theme park chair while in the queue. Speak to the first TM and they will point you in the right direction with regards to logistics.
