Halloween or Merrytime - Opinons Needed Urgently

Help! Halloween on the High Seas or Very Merrytime - which is better? We love both holidays so much and the whole family is completely torn. Currently booked for Merrytime Western on the Fantasy for next December. Considering switching to same cruise but Halloween late October. Will save a whopping $250 if we switch so that’s not a factor really. Have the Oct cruise on hold for two more days before we potentially lose the room we want!

I know this is a little late, but one thing to consider is hurricane season does run through November. We are currently booked for a merrytime cruise that was supposed to be Eastern Caribbean and got changed to Western Caribbean due to Hurricane Irma.

We ended up switching to HotHS in Oct. The kids were more into the theming. If it gets pushed, so be it. I used to stress about hurricanes but I know DCL handles this intelligently and fairly. Thanks!
