Touring Plans says it is official according to the Orlando Sentinel:

I agree! Probably the same forum too⌠Iâve followed it all too from the beginning, and honestly donât have any doubts at all.
However, in my view, âofficialâ means announced by Disney. Whatever the Orlando Sentinel might claim, it is not official yet. I reckon they just read the thread - thatâs probably all the âproofâ they have LOL!
I totally and fully understand this is happening, and have felt that way for a while now. I just think itâs a little disingenuous for the Sentinel to be the ones saying it is âofficialâ and that THEY are announcing it when Disney has actually said or published zilch.
