Are there any gluten free bread options at Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom?
sorry I don’t remember specifically about breads, but in terms of gluten free options in general (if its any help), I reckon all restaurants have options and many have multiple ones. Those restaurants with sandwiches, burgers etc tend to have a gluten free version.

We found that almost all of the restaurants (maybe all?) had Udi’s bread of buns as their bread option. My wife (who has celiac and so is GF) can’t eat Udi’s due to their high egg content, so she just avoided all bread.
