I think it takes less time to make than waiting in line in a virtual queue in DS! You just need to have all the ingredients in your pantry.
I haven’t made this recipe. And I’ve never used bread flour for cookies. But the techniques are similar to the one for Levain’s copycat recipe, which I have made. That cold flying butter, if you don’t use a stand mixer, is no joke!
