My family of 17 will be traveling to WDW mid Sept. I want to get up early for the EMH and try to get there before parks open. But with the EXTRA early morning at HS, MK, and AK I am wondering what time the buses will usually start running. We really want to try to follow Touring Guides suggestion and get to HS 60-90 min before HS opens one day to try to get to Star Wars before it gets insane but will buses be running more than 45 min. early like the WDW page says? How do you get to parks 1 hour early if buses only run 45 min. early. Our first day is AK and it opens at 7…so if you were trying to essentially rope drop FOP what time is early enough to get there? What time would you get to the bus stop?

I have no way of knowing for sure what they will be running during the EEEEEMH, but in my experience the buses actually start running at least 90 minutes before park opening. It probably varies by season, park, day, etc. But I’ve been able to get on a bus as early as 7 for a 9am MK opening.
