I missed it. Looks like all Star Wars Oct dessert parties are booked during our trip…
I will keep looking online.
Is it worth it to call as well? Do I have any hope of finding a cancellation?
any other ways to search for an open reservation?
(I’m new here but pretty sure the Reservation Tool doesn’t work for special events like dessert parties.)

Keep checking, I think they have to be cancelled 5 days beforehand, I might be wrong on that, so I’m sure some people will decide that it’s not worth the money nearer the time. It is annoying when you can’t get an ADR you want, console yourself with the fact that it might rain and then you’ll be glad you hadn’t bought a non refunable ticket.
I just checked my confirmation email and it says there is a one day cancellation policy for the party so keep checking!

Thanks for the encouragement. We’ll keep trying. In the meantime, I’d love to hear from folks that have been recently (esp. once October is here and they are down to only doing Star Wars fireworks on every other day).
How early do you need to get there for a good spot? Earlier once the number of shows is cut in half in October, I’m guessing?
Places to try for? Places to avoid?
Tips for waiting with kids? (ours our tween and teen age)
