Does Disneyland merit a 2 day visit with an 8 year old whose major focus is to meet characters when you are going to do 1 day in adventure park and you just did Disney World last year? Myself and his dad will be fitting in rides for sure too…
We planned for 1 and 1 day but are having second thoughts.

IMO 2 Days is plenty for Walt’s Park, even with characters, assuming this isn’t a holiday week(end) we’re considering.
We visited Disney World and Disneyland last year and there are so many similarities and differences between them. You will see some of the same rides and attractions, but there are so many characters out that are never at Disney World. I love that cali adventure has marvel characters and cars characters you can interact with. Disneyland had fairy godmother, Hook, Max, and so many more. We only had one day in each park, but I would have loved to have had one more day to park hop.
