I just booked our June vacation and saw where they are now offering free dining on Jan. 2nd. Can I add this on or do I need to cancel my other trip and rebook using the plan offer?
Any help greatly appreciated.

You should be able to modify your offer (if it’s eligible).

Just know that if you’re applying Free Dining, your room cost will revert to non-discounted/rack rate so do your math to figure out what is a better offer for you and your party. Sometimes it makes good sense, other times it can actually be more expensive than to get a discounted room and pay for the dining plan.

You need to have park hoppers to be eligible as well.
