DFBGuide has reported in the past that when they had a deal listing a certain number of days, generally you can actually book it for any number of days. Not sure if that applies here.
I think this is, at least sometimes, true. I’ve taken advantage of a discount on a 5 night advertised rate discount but only booked 4 nights. I thought it was a glitch but playing around over time I’ve seen it possible during other sales as well. And I wouldn’t think they would discourage booking over the advertised number of nights.
You shouldn’t be in a queue because it doesn’t start until tomorrow. You probably were just stuck in Disney IT on Tuesdays.

Probably just the four nights because they’re not gonna give you nine nights of free dining. You could potentially do a split stay to get the discount on at least part of your vacation.
Ultimately the room only offer is probably the better deal for most, depending on who is in your travel party and whether you would ordinarily buy a PH or not.
Free dining almost never works out to a big savings because you pay rack for the room, in addition to whatever else they tag on (like the requirement for PH)
But people see “FREE” and go nuts
