My family is meeting another family for our trip. Both families are staying on property, but at different resorts. And we arrive the day before they do, which means our FPP window opens a day before theirs. We’re all linked in MDE; I can see all of their details and successfully linked them personally to our ADRs. Can I make FPP reservations for them on our open day?

Yes.
For days for which their tickets are good for, whether they have package tickets or date-based tickets.

If you or a member of your party that is arriving first is also on that ride/attraction. Other wise it would only be available to the second arriving party on their 60 day window.
