The DIBB website says the SDD and FOP are already sold out for my dates—but they list availability for 2 and 4 people, whereas I will be looking for 1 person in our party. Should I still go to these first before looking for things like SDMT, FEA, etc for 2 or more people? I get the impression I should at least look…I just don’t want to waste that precious first few seconds when my window opens. I have a party total of 6 people and will be looking for 6 for TOT and other similar rides. For Thanksgiving week. Thank you all so much for the advice! 
I would check the touring plans fast pass availability which will show 1 person availability and some of the times available.
I found the Dibb website good for figuring out what was realistic to aim for, but the touring plans one helped me figure out what time windows might be available.
