Refresh my memory, please. If we are using DME to get to the airport, how long before our flight do we have to be on the bus? Seems like three hours, is that right?
Yes. Three hours prior to your flight is the general MDE pick up time you will be issued

We were asked to catch the bus about 3-1/2 hours prior on our recent trip. But I figured that was because they needed to squeeze us in with others with earlier flight times. It was weird as I am never at the airport with that much time to spare! Generally I like to walk up to the gate as they are starting to board.
