its because (a) he is less hidden, more apparent and (b) the back of the card with the stickers tells you exactly which sticker belongs to each location!!!
but DD and I made a pact that we will not apply a sticker unless we actually see the Olaf and tradition elelment!

we are in line for inside the Mexico pavilion. ( yes, DD is becoming more comfortable with Inside as she sees Disney protocols). we’ve waited about 10min, probably 5 to go
