I apologize if this should belong in a current thread, but I haven’t seen anything on this topic yet. I will be at Epcot on December 31, and I saw that the Epcot Festival of the Holidays ends on December 30. Does Disney do a “soft close” and keep some of the food booths open on December 31, or should I assume that they will magically (pun intended) take away everything overnight, and Epcot will just operate as normal without the festival food?
The booths physically remain in place, but there will be tarps over the openings, so they will not be in operation. They will reopen for Festival of The Arts.

Yup that was basically my question (I know Epcot has so many festivals that they keep the physical infrastructure in place). I’ll plan on doing mobile order somewhere for lunch in that case!
