TP seems to say you cannot get off in Town Square if you have a scooter?
You cannot take an ECV on the MK train, at any of the stations. You must transfer to a wheelchair, which can then go on the train. Or just transfer directly to the train. I think the Main Street station has a ramp up to the station level, to the right of the staircase (toward City Hall).
Bummer about the scooter - DH can walk but if we have to leave the scooter where we board that would not work out.

During our Christmas trip our train stopped at Frontierland to wait for the start of the parade. It started again once the entire procession had gone through the area- they announced we had time to go watch if we wanted to and even suggested a close by spot with a good view. As soon as everyone was clear the train started running again.
