I suspect a lot of that may have to due with how well the ride is testing in the morning and how backed up the tapstiles are outside of the main gate.
One of the things that has been noticed is that EE will start 30 minutes earlier if Rise is up and running. If Rise is not, then EE won’t begin until regular time.
