The my-bad answer is: when they get there.
Best guess answer about 70 minutes before the park is meant to open.
All I know is that we try to be at the bus stop 90 minus before park opening. Once or twice we’ve been first at the rope at MK.
I thought that question on chat was “what resort buses arrive first at MK”? We know the first buses begin to arrive a few minutes before cars can enter the parking lot at parks so I expect MK would be the same time (around 70-75 minutes before EE) but the only way to track which buses arrive would be to be on a bus. Not all buses immediately return to the same resort, do they? I know I have been dropped off at parks in spots that are not the same as I need to go to when I return to the resort. As a walker, I have been at HS as the first buses arrived at the park. I could not tell what resorts they originated from, them were all labeled Hollywood Studios.

They do not.
They used to. I noticed on our 2018 trip that buses were leaving a park and going where dispatch thought they were best needed.
I’m not sure what trip it was that we started being dropped at a nearest stop at the parks, rather than the stop corresponding to our resort as we used to do.

I’ve been at rope drop for other parks where Disney buses have already dropped people off a full hour before Early Theme Park Entry begins.

Buses can drop off 70 minutes before early entry. I keep track of time stamps for my rope drop videos. Don’t have one for MK that shows the time immediately getting off the bus but this is HS TikTok - Make Your Day

I can tell you that on 10/13/2025 Pop Century was the First bus at the MK and we were held at Security at 6:30 am for a 7:30 am Early entry.
