We have a Garden/Woods view reservation for the Yacht Club in October. I just chatted with a CM about finding a room with 2 queens and 1 daybed. He said I have to make that request during online check in or by calling reservations. For TP room requesting, this didn’t help. Does anyone have any other tips so I can request a room with that bedding configuration?
if you choose a room in the TP room finder, it adds a “room request” to your trip which can be edited- so instead of the pre-filled text about ‘NW facing room eg rooms 32xx-39xx’ you can just type over it, “I would like a room with 2Q and a daybed please”. Once you select a room from the room finder you will see this in the header of your trip on the dashboard. “Requesting room xxxx” which once you click on it, can be edited.
