February/March Help with no early entry or EP

Hi - I will have two days at Universal at the very end of February / beginning of March but not staying on property. Crowds seem to be in the low-medium range for the Wednesday and a bit higher for the Sunday. Trying to see if we can manage without the EP - will get Park to Park tickets. Two adults and one teen so focus on the bigger thrill rides and HP. Adults have both been in the last few years but it’s the teen’s first time. Thinking of starting at US and going straight to DA and then doing the “traditional” order of DA to Hogsmede on the first day for that HP experience. Or could start in US on other rides and then do HP area. Second day can be whatever order. Any suggestions to optimize our time without early entry and potentially no EP?

I go to UOR regularly. You really don’t “need” Express Pass (UXP) at Universal unless it’s a school holiday / break or July…

Make a “must do” list of attractions and have fun…If I only had 2 days I wouldn’t get park to park tickets. Just do USF / IOA on separate days. You’ll save money and time not hopping around.

However, the ONLY way to ride The Hogwarts Express is with a park to park ticket. So, if that’s a “true” must do then you are stuck paying for it.

Also, it’s worth the $$ to buy the Touring Plan subscription for UOR if it’s your first time. It’ll give you a nice idea of what to expect. (I swear I don’t work for TP! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:)
