aww bummer. A lot of the Disney Spring brunch locations are saturday and sunday. Then I would vote for Boma (haven’t eaten there in years)

We really enjoyed Boma, the breakfast was delicious and had so many choices. We were able to eat at a nice leisurely pace and then we were able to explore the resort and relax a bit. It’s a beautiful resort.
I’ve heard very good things about Trails End as well.
