Does Fanstasmic Dining Package just take one TS credit - but no additional cost?
It does if you use it at Mama Melrose or Hollywood and Vine. The Brown Derby is a signature restaurant and always takes two credits. The credits are, however, all you need and there isn’t an additional cost other than tipping which is true wherever you use the dining plan.

I would definitely recommend doing the package. We saw BatB at 5.30, then walked into F! At 6 (6.30 show). The place was packed when we got there, but the package seating was only half full when we arrived (it did fill up later though). Seating is front and centre and we had lots of room.

I cannot recommend the package highly enough - especially if you are planning on the first/only show. I find the standby wait for F! one of the most unpleasant of all WDW experiences. I usually use MM for the F! package.

We went to MM too and enjoyed it. DH had the chicken parmigiana - thought it was ok. I had saltimbocca, which I enjoyed.

I think the MM pizza is second only to VN in WDW…
