Any idea when times for special events, specifically Early Morning Magic, will be released for 2019?

Well dates for Disney After Hours have been announced up until early March.

January times were released. Still no February!!

I see dates and times have been released until the end of March 2019, does anyone know when they usually release the dates and times for bookings late April 2019?
