Is there a way to make a touring plan for evening events (like OI meetups) when the park is closed to day guests?

Sorry! There isn’t such a way.

However, many people here have gone to OIM and other events. I can tell you from experience you don’t need a TP for those. I’ve gone to OIM twice for two full weekends. There really are no lines for the rides. The lines will be for the food. Even those die down as the evening progresses.

I’m more concerned about the hours from park entry (4-5pm) until closing. I guess i could do a touring plan for just those hours. LOL!

I would focus on anything that isn’t open during the event like The Bourne Stuntacular, Despicable Me or Horror Make-up Show.

A lot of people like to get into the Hagrid’s queue before the park closes to the public. That way they get to use the downtime in a ride queue.

The Hagrid’s queue will consistently be 30- 40 minutes during the event.
