Anyone care to predict how bad crowds will be at Epic Universe in last week of June first week of July? Will they limit capacity? Should I just expect level 9/10? At least there is an Express Pass but alas no Ministry. Wonder how bad Battle of the Ministry lines will be during those first dates?

Yes. They are, in fact, limiting capacity by limiting ticket sales. So there will be controlled chaos.
The question is…to what extent are they going to limit crowds. They wisely recognize demand will be crazy, but they will also want to maximize return on investment. So it is a fine balance between them getting as many people in as possible without it being so bad that it keeps people from wanting to return and/or even booking a trip at all.

We are going first week of December, no idea what will be going on then as far as lines, etc.

Wife and I will be there second weekend (June 1-3). We’re just expecting insanity frankly. Just going to take what we can get and enjoy the ride!

HOPEFULLY, you will be there late enough to avoid the vloggers who will want to be there on initial opening days as well as Memorial Day weekend crowds, but early enough to avoid all those who are finishing up school and planning family trips.
And by “hopefully”, I really mean, “entirely unlikely.” 
My wife and I are toying with the idea of booking a single day while we are down there at WDW during that same first week (or maybe Monday the 8th). It is still TBD.
