Does World Showcase open earlier on days with morning EMH? If it typically opens at 11am on days with a 9am opening, does it then open at 10am when the park opens at 8am?

I believe EMH hours only apply to the front of the park. Future World/Innoventions etc. World Showcase keeps its opening at 11am.
As far as I know anyways.

I looked on the Disney World website and they list that Thursday January 21 has EMH in the morning for Epcot. However it only affects Future World. World Showcase still opens at the normal 11:00 time. So looks like Kyla307 is correct. Morning EMH does not affect World Showcase’s opening times.
EMH does not effect WS openings.
