Epcot Pavilions still serving drinks during "Epcot Forever"?

When the published Epcot closing time (e.g. 9:30pm) is the same as the published start time of “Epcot Forever”, do all the Pavilions in World Showcase shut down completely and no longer serve food or beverage?

My group’s “Drinks Around The World” tour may still be in progress, so I need to plan appropriately.

This is the case for the day we’ll be at Epcot: Wed Dec 4. The published park closing time is 9:30pm, and the published “Epcot Forever” showtime is also 9:30pm.

In my experience they stop serving food and drinks right at park closing (so 9:30).
