You are probably correct that it was legit down, but the messaging was it wouldn’t be back up the rest of the night meaning before official park close so that people wouldn’t wait around and mess up the after hours.

Hope to go there after hours as really must have to be paying extra for that. Haven’t been in a Disney Park in 13 years but hope to go back.
