I am staying onsite until wednesday morning of my 7 day trip. Once I have checked out of the hotel, will I not be eligible for the extra magic hour that night at the magic kingdom?
You can use the facilities of your resort and enjoy all the perks of being an onsite guest until midnight of the day you check out. Dining credits and park entry are all included in that.
If there is evening EMH, you will be able to go to it, even if it extends to after midnight. That is still part of the day’s activities.

Yay! I was hoping that was the case. I will get the benefit of 2 extra magic hours, and they will come in handy because of our time change
