Can I use my ECV at the Tower of Terror or is there an alternative entrance?

What I see on a site calle diz-abled is that you have to leave the ECV and get into a wheelchair at the ride entrance.
TouringPlans lists this as must transfer to wheelchair and then to ride vehicle:

Just coming on to answer this and I see you beat me to it.
@lori55, You can also look up specific rides in MDE to see what the accessibility options are.
Typically, they will have a wheelchair for you to use, and you’ll need to have someone in your party push you, or you’ll have to propel yourself. I have, on occasion, had a CM take me through the queue at other rides, like POC, but that is not guaranteed. (I have never ridden TOT.)

If you need to be closer or the wheelchairs won’t work for you, they can let you use your ECV through the exit and there is minimal walking. You do miss all of the pre show and lobby of the hotel. They may only offer this if you have a LL, I’m not sure. We’ve done both ways. But you must talk to the CM where the first tap is and talk with them. They communicate with the other CMs.
