Yeah I understand, and somewhat agree!
I spend half my day asking about people’s gut health so I’m not surprised this snuck in. Gonna leave it in :)![]()
You say that like it is a bad thing. LOL. DD once said I made grilled cheese with too much cheese. I don’t comprehend.
Same, I like to go in the side entrance to the outside. No line, just find a seat outside, mobile order and watch Velocicoaster go by.
And food that doesn’t seem like theme park food.
We like most types of foods. But, we’d rather have good food than bad food.
We won’t be skipping CityWalk, but we already know what we like there. Although since my question is kinda broad, people could give their opinions on CityWalk places to help other people out.
I suspect we’ll be very happy food-wise. For one thing, Epic food looks really interesting. That will work well for us since we’ll start our days there and we can graze as we get hungry.
I’ve several places on my list in the old parks that we hadn’t gone to before, e.g. Louis Pizza.
Cool!
Here’s what I recomend that’s unique and good:
USF
- Minion Cafe
- Today Cafe
- DreamWorks Imagination Cafe (might quietly have the best pizza in the park?)
Plus the snack stands suggested before of Crepes, Taxi Potats, etc
IOA
- Mythos (if it’s open)
- Circus McGurkus
- Thunder Falls Terrace
Haven’t eaten a ton around Epic yet but I really enjoyed Oak and Star and Blue Dragon.
We haven’t been to any of those places you listed in USF.
Brag that only TP’ers could understand. DD and I are going to a board game convention in a little over a week. Local-ish, but far enough for hotel stay. DD looked up and gave me a list of nearby restaurants! She didn’t look at prices (she’s still learning) so many of her suggestions were the Propose to Girlfriend When You Think She’s On The Fence type places. But still. And she did find some good ones. Also, one of the places that had sounded good to both of us, but became uninteresting once we got to the menu.
We love Louie’s Restaurant for pizza and pasta when at UO, and Three Broomsticks for chicken platter or fish and chips.
That’s a thing???
Just a heads up Dreamworks is an outdoor location by ET while the other two have indoor seating. Mostly has pizza and kid friendly options.
I hate lukewarm food.
Would this be worthwhile? If the line is long, order food and then immediately get in line so that theoretically the food will be ready about when we get to the front.
I wonder why the line gets so long? Don’t they let you pay when you order?
