According to this info on the Disney website, they start running 45 minutes before “park opening”. Does that mean the posted park opening time or the Early Park Entry time?
So if a park opens officially at 9am, does the bus start running at 8:15 or 7:45?

Don’t trust Disney on this, trust Liners 
I know it’s counterintuitive but they all lie about when busses start! Even cast members at the hotel cannot be trusted when it comes to bus times, lol. The spreadsheet bebe80 linked is the real deal.
