Islip wasn’t really much more in some cases but wowza to these LGAs.
(I’d definitely pay the premium to fly out of Islip, though.)

Above the initial search results, which usually show you the sliding week of prices - you can just click Month view. So much easier to get a feel for things in that view.

The $19 days are $49 for non-Den.

How much does it cost to get the Den prices?

I think annual fee for Den is up to $60 now?
But you can book up to 9 people and one kid under 15 can fly free for every adult you book.
In this case, if I were booking my family of 4 (all over 15), the difference in fare would be $120 without the Den pricing, so I’d be up $60 on the first trip.
Of course, outside of the Den pricing I think they’ll hit you up for addon$ for other perk bundles if you need to check bags, breathe air, etc.

The stay length is… F O R E V E R. 
I was fishing for any other rental sites I might add to my search database and happened upon this one.
There are a couple of other listings which looks normal… but not a site I would use.

On the off chance someone can use this Great DVC rental:
2-nights for a 1BR BW Villa starting 10/26.
Originally showed up in August at $1,050 per night.
On 10/5 it finally dropped to $770/night.
Last week multiple more drops to… $350/night.
Still out there as of this moment.
BTW, The median price of all 1BR BW Villas I’ve recorded is $738 per night.
