5-nights starting 12/22 for $347/night or 24% under median price of $459.
Originally appeared in September for $530/night - these are among the 3 lowest prices for this room pre-Christmas I’ve recorded.
2-night Vero Beach Hotel Inn Room starting 11/27 dropped to $130/night or 43% under median.
Originally was $210/night when first appeared on 10/31.

Nice, Looks like David’s made a change to their site to take into account people opening already booked rental URLs. Previously if you bookmarked a rental or used one of my search engine links and the rental was already gone, it would still drop you into their booking process as if it were active.
You had to go back out to their own dedicated listings page to see if it was still listed there.
Wondering if my links drove them to fix that. #sorrynotsorry

Some 2BR villa price drops all with 11/27 start - a couple of 1-night OKW for $390 (45% under median) and this 2-night AK Kidani 2BR villa for $396, or 55% under median.

Welp, Turns out that DVCShop uses a different base URL for their Hilton Head rentals and my sheet was cobbling together the links for their HH rentals incorrectly.
Good news:
Fixing now AND that 3-night HH studio for $99/night starting 12/12 is actually still out there! 60% below median.
Plus, through today DVC shop is giving $15 off dedicated rentals with the code THANKSDVC, so in reality that makes the deal $94/night. (But, just remembered that this site adds (IMHO bogus) $4.25/night processing fees, so that’s about a wash.)

I may have just opened a Google map myself (14 hrs from NY) and checked SW flights (5K Rapid Rewards per person the night before, but painfully long stopovers. And, my family can’t take those days off. But, still have to check.)

I did have to pressure my working DH to make a fast decision b/c the dates are mid-week (odd). Thankfully it was an affirmative.

I was trying to grab one of these postings a while ago and it just wasn’t working, the site kept shutting it down. THEN I checked my calendar… I was grateful the rental site was blocking me out b/c I would have had a major conflict Now, I check my calendar before clicking
