These are a pretty decent price for this room in May. We will likely see some lower ones over time, but this year there were several 5-nighters around this price and one crazy mid $200s.

TL;DR: If you ever use my search engine and get zero records found even if you don’t select any filters: blame Davids.
Mini rant: Davids and their stoopid room naming schemes borks my import formulas ALL the TIME.
How. many. more. ways. can one. describe. the. same. room. after more than FOUR. YEARS.
extra spaces, no spaces between words, adding an extra word, leaving out a word.
I know I can modify my normalizing scripts to prevent the errors, but I use a different method to create unique names for Davids that uses different data from the stay rather than just the ID number because for awhile there, they were re-using IDs for different unrelated listings and it was messing up my statistic crunching formulas.
One of these days I’m going to start over with that naming convention so it doesn’t just choke when they come up with yet another room variation.
